Alex’s Property Management Journey began at a small Keyrenter Franchise that had just 2 employees and less than 100 properties under management. He spent years in the field leasing and managing rental property. Through navigating countless arduous situations and feeling fulfilled with each successful outcome, he helped his organization forge a culture centered around personalized service and strategic problem solving to facilitate optimal outcomes for investor clients and tenant customers.
Years later, that small Keyrenter Franchise was no longer small, and had grown to manage over 800 units and employed over 30 people. This profound result inspired him to open his own Keyrenter Franchise in Raleigh NC which exemplified the same values of transparency, personalized service, and strategic execution.
Today, Keyrenter Ralegh continues to help owners and tenants achieve their dreams through real estate, and Alex is grateful to be able to leverage his expertise in making those dreams a reality for the clients he has the privilege of partnering with in the Triangle area.
