Owner, Keyrenter Raleigh
My Property Management Journey began when I became a Leasing Agent with a small Keyrenter Property Management Franchise that had 2 employees. Over the years, navigating through arduous and tricky situations became routine, but so did the feeling of triumph and fulfillment that came with each successful outcome. These experiences forged a culture of strategic problem solving in which we treated each unique property, owner, and tenant as just that, unique.
5 years later, that small Keyrenter Franchise was no longer small, in fact, it had grown to manage over 800 units and employed over 30 people. The profound impact we had on our community was the result of a culture that allowed us to reliably facilitate our client’s goals. Seeing this impact inspired me to open my own Keyrenter Franchise that would exemplify the same values of transparency, personalized service, and strategic execution.
Today, I continue to be inspired by how real estate helps people achieve their dreams, and am proud to leverage my expertise in making those dreams a reality for the clients I have the privilege of partnering with in the Triangle area.
